Ampla Health is a 501 (c)3 non-profit network of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties. This clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families and most private health insurance, as well, if you are uninsured and your income is low, you may qualify for reduced fees under our sliding-fee discount plan program.

Hours:

 Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:15 pm.

  Closed for lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

 Every other Saturday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

  Closed for lunch, 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm.
