Ampla Health is a 501 (c)3 non-profit network of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties. This clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families and most private health insurance, as well, if you are uninsured and your income is low, you may qualify for reduced fees under our sliding-fee discount plan program.

Hours:

 Monday and Thursday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.

 Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

 Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

  Lunch: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
