The Wellness Clinic provides integrated primary and behavioral health care and addresses a wide range of physical health needs, including managing high blood pressure and diabetes.
Educational groups on topics such as smoking cessation, diabetes management, and fitness and health offer wellness support.
There is also a therapist on site. Wellness Clinic serves the general adult population as well as people with mental illness aged 18-64 years who have no insurance or are insured with Medicaid or the Polk Health Care Plan.
