Heartland Health Centers has a sliding-fee scale for those that do not have health insurance.
This fee will include the visit with the provider, x-rays and labs, if ordered. The sliding-fee scale is based on household size and income. Proof of income will be required at your first visit. If you have no income, a notarized letter from the person supporting you will be required. If you are prescribed medication, staff will work with you to obtain medicine at an affordable cost.
