This Clinic is a federally qualified health center and based on a sliding scale.Sliding scale fees are based on a patient's ability to pay. The fees are reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income.

Flint Hills Community Health Center is a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center with Patient-Centered Medical Home status. We provide medical, dental and behavioral health services.

Friday                                 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
 
Patients may also walk in for same-day treatment during regular business hours. To reduce wait time, call ahead to check availability. Not all services are available on a walk-in basis.
