Welcome to First Care Clinic, Inc. We are a federally funded community health center, providing non-emergency medical services for people of all ages, regardless of a patient's ability to pay. We stand apart from other clinics because we're the only facility in the area that houses general medical care, mental health services, and general dentistry, all under one roof.

    Our Primary Health Care services include:
     Non-emergency primary care
    Chronic disease management
    Physicals (school, sports, employment, etc)
    Well Woman Exams
    Immunizations
    Lab Services
Dental Care
    Our General Dentistry services include:
    Exams and x-rays
    Restorations (cavities)
    Extractions
    Cleanings/debridement
    Crown and bridge
    Endodontics (root canals)

Mental Health
    Our mental health services are provided by a licensed PHD psychologist and a psychiatric nurse practitioner.  These services include medication management and one on one counseling sessions.

Prescription Assistance
    The First Care Clinic offers prescription assistance to all patients that qualify.  Patients must not have any type of insurance (private or public) to qualify.  The dedicated prescription assistance staff have access to countless pharmaceutical programs to help uninsured patients gain access to the medications that they need.
