The MetroWest Free Medical Program offers free medical care to those who are uninsured and underinsured in the MetroWest communities. Volunteer physicians, nurses, social workers, health educators, interpreters and other volunteers come together to offer evening clinic sessions at our sites in Sudbury and Framingham, making health care services accessible to all who need them.


    Provide general medical and specialty care for physical and mental health services;
    Support patients with access to prescription medications
    Assist with health insurance applications,
    Offer health education, and
    Make referrals to other health organizations for diagnostic services and specialty care.

Programs are available at no cost to anyone who needs help connecting with a doctor and health insurance.  Serves adults and children in MetroWest and Greater Boston communities.
