This clinic offers a complete range of services including primary health care, dental, OB and prenatal care, mental health and substance abuse services, and on-site lab services. They also offers special programs to ensure access to health care for everyone.

This clinic offers a sliding fee scale to all income eligible uninsured or under-insured patients based on annual household income for all of their services. For dental services, they also offer a sliding-fee scale to all income eligible dental patients that live or work in Chittenden County or patients coming from Addison, Lamoille, or Grand Isle counties that require urgent care.
